If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I worked with Jen to buy a home in Apex, North Carolina while we lived in Michigan. Buying a home in a location that you are not in is extremely challenging as you are not able to physically see the home and neighborhood to get a feel for them, but Jen had taken away all of the stress and anxiety we had about this by going above and beyond and FaceTiming us and taking numerous videos of the neighborhood, the homes exterior and interior, and giving us more of an insight to the things we couldn’t tell over video like the feeling and smell of the home. She was extremely honest with her opinions of the homes which helped us turn down some homes we thought we were going to really like. Jennifer Cullen is THE BEST! During our meetings she was always very detailed and prepared. She provided her professional experience and sold our house very fast and at the high end of the market. My husband and I met Jennifer at one of her open houses a couple years ago and were very impressed. Even though the house had just sold she spent a lot of time getting to know us.
